  • June 1st - Brainstormed themes with committee

    • Theme was picked the same night​

  • June 5th - Booked all rooms on campus â€‹

  • June 6 & 7th - Started designing the invites and bids

  • June 12th - Designed rush shirts with committee

  • June 19th - Ordered the rush shirts

  • June 20th - Started painting rush signs

  • June 21st - Painted rush signs

  • June 23rd - Start designing flyers

  • June 26th - Finished painting rush signs

  • July 3rd - Planned events with committee

  • July 6th - Finalized flyers

  • July 10th - Pick up rush shirts

  • July 11th - Finalize events and times

  • July 19th - Finalize Invites and Bids

  • August 3rd - Finalize rooms for events

  • August 27th - Take rush photos

  • September 5th - 9th - Rush Week
